How to Play Connect Four

Connect Four is played on a 7 × 6 board. Players take turns dropping discs into one of the columns.

Red always moves first. The disc falls to the lowest open space in the selected column.

The goal is to be the first player to connect four discs in a row.

You can win with:

Four discs horizontally
Four discs vertically
Four discs diagonally

If the board fills up and no player has connected four, the game ends in a draw.

Game Modes

Two Players Local

Play Connect Four with a friend on the same device. One player controls Red and the other controls Yellow.

Player vs Bot

Play against the computer. You are Red, and the bot plays as Yellow.

Bot Difficulty

Easy

The bot makes random legal moves.

Normal

The bot can take immediate winning moves and block your immediate winning moves.

Hard

The bot uses deeper move analysis to play more strategically.
